Pervis Estupinan is remembered for being one of many talented South Americans that has broken through at Brighton & Hove Albion. However, his career in English soccer actually started at Watford FC, whom he joined from the Ecuadorian side, LDU Quito.

Whilst he had never made a first-team appearance for the Hornets, Estupinan had many loan spells away from the club. They were all in Spain, with Granada, Almeria, Mallorca, and Osasuna before he joined Brighton permanently.

The left-back played 104 times for Brighton, scoring five goals and providing four assists. This led to a transfer to AC Milan last year. However, he has struggled to adapt to life in Serie A. He has played just 19 times for Milan, scoring once and making one assist.

This lack of game time has led to reports that Estupinan could be on his way out of Milan. Sport Witness has recently reported that West Ham United and Fulham are interested in the player, but he is now also on Tottenham Hotspur's radar.

Which London club should Pervis Estupinian join?

West Ham and Tottenham are both currently in a relegation battle, so Fulham, who are ninth in the Premier League, would appear the most favorable destination. The Cottagers' current first-choice left-back, Antonee Robinson, is often linked with moves away from the club.

Tottenham needs a new left back as Destiny Udogie is injury-prone and Souza is inexperienced. This has led to the right-footed Djed Spence often filling in the role. As for West Ham, they have El Hadj Malik Diouf, who is a solid left-back. However, he could do with competition, as the inexperienced Oliver Scarles is the Hammers' only backup.

Despite his lack of game time at Milan, Estupinan is still in Ecuador's roster. They play a friendly against Morocco today, before playing another exhibition match against the Netherlands on March 31. He is expected to be a key part of the Ecuador squad at the World Cup this summer. They are in a group with Germany, the Ivory Coast, and Curacao.
