Many thought West Ham's draw with Millwall was a substandard performance because it was a fierce derby. However, the Hammers' poor form has continued into the international break, with a lacklustre 1-1 draw against Queens Park Rangers at the London Stadium.

West Ham Player Ratings

  • Mads Hermansen - 6: The goalkeeper was rooted to the middle of the goal as Nicolas Madsen put his penalty into the corner. Hermansen did make a good save to deny QPR from doubling their lead.
  • Kyle Walker-Peters - 6: Was able to get forward and put crosses into the box. However, he was taken off at the break.
  • Konstantinos Mavropanos - 6: Spread the ball about well. Also got forward when he could.
  • Max Kilman - 6: Kilman was also composed on the ball.
  • Morato - 6: Solid from the centre-back turned left-back.
  • Jarrod Bowen (c) - 7: Tried a spectacular effort early on. Got the Hammers level with a powerful strike. However, his performance will be remembered for missing the late penalty.
  • Arne Engels - 6: Engels was good on the ball in tight areas. However, his passing was a bit off at times. Also forced the QPR keeper into making a double save after he stopped Bowen's penalty.
  • Tomas Soucek - 4: Soucek was rusty in his first game back after injury. He gave the ball away but was unlucky that his challenge was deemed to be a penalty. The Czech international was hauled off at half-time.
  • Manor Solomon - 5: Solomon may still have been suffering from his back problem, as he struggled to make an impact.
  • Divine Mukasa - 5: Had a good international break, being promoted to the England Under-21s, but did little of note in this game.
  • Taty Castellanos - 6: Was involved in the build-up to Bowen's goal.

Off the Bench

  • Pablo - 7: Usual hard-working performance from Pablo, and he won West Ham's penalty.
  • Edvin Austbo - 6: Was able to put balls into the box from wide areas.
  • Joel Piroe - 6: Had an impact with some nice touches. Had an effort on goal but put it wide.
  • Lewis Orford - 6: Made some strong challenges when he came on, and passed the ball about well.
