So far this transfer window, Crysencio Summerville has been linked with Manchester United, Aston Villa, Tottenham Hotspur, Paris Saint-Germain, Olympique de Marseille, AS Roma, and AC Milan. Now Arsenal are reportedly also interested in the winger.
FootMercato has revealed (translated from French), "Arsenal have officially joined the race. Manchester United, too, are very interested in the player. Faced with this logjam of English giants with their colossal resources, the financial operation promises to be substantial."
This could mean that Marseille, Roma, and Milan are priced out of signing Summerville. His Netherlands teammate, Donyell Marlen, was trying to get him to join Roma. However, the team from Italy's capital could instead sign Mason Greenwood from Marseille.
PSG appear to be the only club from outside the Premier League with the resources to sign Summerville. The Champions League winners are also interested in West Ham's Mateus Fernandes.

Arsenal, who PSG defeated in the Champions League final, could be a good fit for Summerville. He has a young daughter, so moving just across London would make sense. They have just won the Premier League and are looking to strengthen. Summerville could boost West Ham's asking price further with his performances at the World Cup. Hammers fans may be concerned that they are becoming a feeder club to Arsenal. They sold Declan Rice to the Gunners, and now potentially Summerville too. Mikel Arteta's side has also been linked with Fernandes.
