West Ham United have not met Queens Park Rangers that often in recent history. The Hammers have predominantly been a Premier League side, with QPR only having fleeting stints in the top flight. However, now that West Ham are back in the Championship, we will have another London derby after the international break.

The two sides met earlier this year in the FA Cup, which was a close game. Castellanos eventually scored the winner in extra time. It was a time when West Ham's main focus was on trying to stay in the Premier League. However, they still had a decent cup run. They would go on to defeat Brentford on penalties before being knocked out by Leeds United in the quarter-finals.
Sam Allardyce was in charge the previous time that West Ham and QPR were in the same division. During the 2014/15 Premier League season, the Hammers had a win and a draw against QPR. The West London side was relegated during that campaign, and it was to be Allardyce's last in the West Ham dugout.
When the Hammers played QPR at Upton Park in 2014, there were notable former Hammers involved for the visitors. Rio Ferdinand, Robert Green, and Bobby Zamora were all in action for QPR that day.
In the 2012/13 Premier League season, West Ham also had a win and a draw against QPR. There was a 1-1 draw at Upton Park. The visitors had led for much of the game thanks to a goal from Loïc Rémy. However, Joe Cole's strike in the 68th minute ensured a point for the Hammers. Green and Anton Ferdinand were on QPR's bench for that game.
The Hammers' win in that campaign came at Loftus Road. First-half goals from Jarvis and Vaz Te won it for the Hammers that day.
West Ham are actually undefeated against QPR in their last six games. You have to go back to a Championship game in 2004 for the last time QPR defeated the Hammers.
