West Ham United play Queens Park Rangers after the international break. Therefore, we thought that we would take a look at players who have represented both sides.
Multiple players have represented both West Ham and QPR. However, we have had to narrow it down to focusing on just five.

Rio Ferdinand
Ferdinand began his career at West Ham and is one of the most notable products of the club's famed academy. He came through under Harry Redknapp at the same time that the likes of Frank Lampard, Joe Cole, and Michael Carrick were also making their debuts.
The defender played 156 times for West Ham and was part of the side that won the Intertoto Cup. However, he then departed for Leeds United before going on to have tremendous success with Manchester United.
He was then reunited with Redknapp at QPR. However, he would make just 12 appearances for the West London side as they were relegated from the Premier League during the 2014/15 season. After retiring, he has worked as a pundit and now runs his own YouTube channel.
Trevor Sinclair
Sinclair joined QPR from Blackpool in 1993 and went on to play 186 times for the club. He notably scored an overhead kick for QPR against Barnsley. However, he did suffer relegation from the Premier League with them in the 1995/96 season.
The winger joined the Hammers from QPR and was again prone to moments of brilliance. It was Sinclair's cross from which Paolo Di Canio scored his scissor-kick. Sinclair also scored in the second leg of the final of the Intertoto Cup against Metz, which the Hammers won.
His West Ham side was relegated from the Premier League at the end of the 2002/03 season. Sinclair went on to play for Manchester City before finishing his career with Cardiff City. After retiring, Sinclair was on talkSPORT. However, he has not been on the show as a result of his controversial tweet following the death of Queen Elizabeth II.
Bobby Zamora
After making a name for himself at Brighton & Hove Albion, Zamora had a brief spell with Tottenham Hotspur before joining West Ham. It was fitting for him to join the Hammers, as he is a fan of the club, and played youth football for them.
Zamora scored the winning goal for the Hammers in the Championship playoff final victory over Preston North End in 2005. However, the following year, he was part of the Hammers side that lost to Liverpool on penalties in the FA Cup final.
Another notable goal for West Ham was his winner against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium in 2007. In doing so, Zamora was the first player to score a winning goal at the Gunners' new ground.
After playing 149 times for West Ham and scoring 40 goals, Zamora joined Fulham. After his spell with the Cottagers, he went to QPR. He was relegated with them in 2013, but the following year he would score the winner for the club in the playoff final against Derby County.
Zamora is the only player to score two Championship playoff final wins. He left QPR at the end of the 2014/15 season, when the club was again relegated. The striker would play another campaign back at Brighton and is now a forward coach at the club.
Phil Parkes
Parkes started his career at Walsall, but went on to become a legend at QPR. He was their goalkeeper from 1970 until 1979, when he joined West Ham. With the Hammers, Parkes won the Second Division and the FA Cup. He was with the Hammers until 1990, before having a brief stint with Ipswich Town to round off his career.
Robert Green
Green was with Norwich City before he joined West Ham in 2006. He made many notable appearances for the Hammers, including the first-ever win over Arsenal at the Emirates. He also starred in West Ham's 1-0 win over Manchester United on the final day of the 2006/07 campaign which secured the Hammers' Premier League status.
He was relegated with West Ham at the end of the 2010/11 campaign. However, he would help the club bounce back up the following season via the Championship playoffs. Despite just achieving promotion, Green then went to QPR.
The keeper was unlucky in his first season at QPR, as they had also signed Julio Cesar from Inter Milan. This limited Green's opportunities to play. Green suffered two relegations from the Premier League with QPR, but did help them get promoted back from the Championship once.
Leeds was Green's next club, and he would go on to have stints at Huddersfield Town and Chelsea. With the Blues he is remembered for lifting the Europa League trophy despite not being part of their sqaud that won it. Green now works as a pundit on the BBC.
