3. Nayef Aguerd
Ever since arriving from Rennes in the summer of 2022 for £30 million, Aguerd has struggled to adapt to the physicality of the Premier League. Recently, Lille are said to be viewing Aguerd as Leny Yoro's replacement and want to reunite him with his former Rennes manager.
In the Crystal Palace game, Aguerd misplaced a pass in the second half that led Crystal Palace striker Odsonne Edouard to score the third goal which completed the 3-1 win for Palace. West Ham are looking for possible reinforcements at centre back and may look to offload Aguerd as well.
