3 reasons why West Ham would like to sign Trevoh Chalobah

1. Premier League experience

Trevoh Chalobah has a big advantage over Jean-Clair Todibo, being the Premier League experience. Since making his debut in the 2021/22 season, the 25-year-old dedender has made 58 Premier League appearances for Chelsea.

Being well familiar with the English top flight is an important aspect with West Ham already witnessing Atletico Madrid linked Nayef Aguerd's struggles to match the physicality of the Premier League since arriving from Rennes two years ago. Thus, if West Ham were to sign Todibo, even he would have difficulties adapting the league in the first few months which is not an issue with Chalobah who is well experienced in the English Premier League.
