West Ham right-back Ryan Fredericks is wanted by Fulham and Southampton.
The 29-year-old’s contract at the Hammers is set to expire this summer and he will not be offered a new deal.
Fulham appear to be his most likely destination, returning to the club he played for prior to his West Ham arrival in 2018, according to @ExWHUemployee.
West Ham defender Ryan Fredericks is set to leave the club on a free transfer with Southampton and Fulham keen.
Fredericks played 106 times for the Cottagers in a three season spell and with the side having just got promoted back to the Premier League, their manager Marco Silva is keen to bolster his squad.
They also hold an interest in West Ham left-back Arthur Masuaku, who is also out of contract and set to depart East London.
During Fredericks time at West Ham he made 77 appearances, scoring three goals and registering six assists.
He was always a talent going forward using his blistering pace to beat opponents and defensively his speed was just as useful as he often made last ditch recovery challenges. However, his defensive positioning has been questioned at times despite visible improvement in his game since the arrival of David Moyes and his coaching staff.
Fredericks dropped in the pecking order after the signing of Vladimir Coufal and the emergence of Ben Johnson from the West Ham academy.
Minutes were limited for him in the season just finished as he made only 15 appearances.
Southampton boss Ralph Hasenhuttl is keen on quick full-backs to play in his high pressing side which makes Fredericks a good fit.
Their right-back Tino Livramento is going to be sidelined for some time with a serious injury and fellow right sided defender Kyle Walker-Peters is capable of playing on the left opening up a potential oppourtunity for Fredericks.
Talking of the Saints, West Ham have an interest in their captain James Ward-Prowse with the Hammers expected to make a bid for him in the coming weeks.
The central midfielder is famous for his unbelievable set-pieces and he has been capped by England on ten occasions.
A deal for the 27-year-old could be costly but needed with Tomas Soucek‘s contract talks appearing to stall with the Hammers considering any sizeable offers that come in for him.
