13th: Wolves

Wolves had a very strange past season losing their star striker Raul Jimenez to a freak head injury for almost the entire year. Then Pedro Neto took over leading the team until he went down with a season ending injury himself. To top it all off after the disappointing 13th place finish manager Nuno left the club to go to Spurs. Now new manager Bruno Lage will be tasked with trying to get this club back on track.

One signing that could help this team try to get back in the top half of the table is exciting Portuguese youngster Francisco Trincao who arrived from Barcelona on loan this window. But better than any signing they could’ve made, they have their number 9 Raul Jimenez back.

Although I don’t see a top half finish for Wolves this year as I think they will struggle to find that consistency they had two seasons ago. Another 13th place finish might be on the cards for the team from Wolverhampton.
