Everton v Palace
Everton slipped up last week just as they were finding form in the Premier League. Palace on the other hand rescued all three points after looking down and out, giving them a huge boost. Everton are unlikely to turn to Enner Valencia for the answers here, but I think they’ll take this match with home advantage

Swansea v Liverpool
Swansea have been a bit lifeless of late and they were put to the sword against City. They may not be in trouble now but on current form a relegation battle looks likely. Liverpool have much loftier ambitions, and if they can keep scoring like they did against Hull then they’re going to be very hard to stop in any match.

Hull v Chelsea
Hull have faltered from their early season form, but Chelsea have begun to slow. Conte’s introduction was a boost initially but then the gremlins from last season have returned. Hazard’s electric start has ground to a halt and the midfield is sluggish. However Chelsea should pounce on a Hulll side fresh from conceding 5 goals last week

Sunderland v West Brom
Moyes must be pulling his hair out more than normal after last week. One hour in and coasting 2-0 up. Losing 3-2 in the dying seconds? Not what was on the menu. West Brom look a bit up and down at the moment, but have a decent squad at the moment. I like Defoe, he is a natural goalscorer and Sunderlands leading man. North East win this week.

Watford v Bournemouth
Watford beat West Ham and then United but lost to Burnley on Monday, leading Deeney to give a furious interview after the match blasting the team’s performance. Bournemouth got the win against Everton last week and will look to build on it. It will be tough, but can they get a win away from home? Eddie Howe thinks so, but his side need to back that up.

West Ham v Boro
Well I think you could guess by the tone of previous articles that the Hammers Premier League form has not been what the fans expected at the start of the year. They should have more than enough about them to beat most teams, but have not pulled it together. This match represents an opportunity to turn that around. Can Boro be patient enough to wait for the inevitable mistakes? Negredo doesn’t usually need asking twice.

One team is coming off the back of a decent win, the other bottom of the table. I could copy and paste for Stoke so far, they just haven’t gelled what should be a good team. United are a team of superstars starting to come together, and that’s a scary proposition for Stoke. Can they keep United out for long enough for nerves to creep in? I’m going with no…

Leicester v Southampton
Leicester have looked decent, except for last weeks loss to United. They have done well in the Champions League, but need Mahrez to get back to last seasons form if they want a big season as defending Champions. Southampton picked West Ham apart without looking spectacular last season, but Austin looks hot. This looks like a tough match to call.

Spurs v City
Spurs have gone about everything quietly, but the loss of Kane will slow their momentum. A big match like this is a real test for both, and Guardiola will want to banish the Celtic memories here. If City can carry on their 100% record then they will be well away from the pack, and hard to catch. Spurs get a win here and who knows, maybe this season they’ll go closer?
Scott 1-2 Jono 1-4
Burnley v Arsenal
Both teams are not ones to spring surprises. You know that Arsenal are going to come at you with some fast attacking football, and you know that Burnley are going to be a danger from set pieces whatever the score. Can Burnley grab an early goal and expose Arsenal at the back as they push? Dyche will believe they can. I’m less sure
