West Ham interested in signing Bundesliga star in the next transfer window

In this summer transfer window, West Ham have managed to complete a lot of top quality signings to reinforce their squad, however, there is still one position where the club will have to make a great addition in the upcoming seasons. The position is centre forward, where although the Hammers have brought in Germany international Niclas Fullkrug, but the former Dortmund striker is 31-years-old and is currently sidelined with an injury. Fullkrug is a quality striker but he will have to adapt to the Premier League as well as to the Hammers squad quickly in the upcoming matches after recovering from his injury.
Moreover, West Ham have signed several centre-forwards in the recent seasons who have struggled at the London Stadium, therefore, if that is the case with Fullkrug the club will need to consider signing a new striker after this season. Also, if Fullkrug performs well in the next few years, West Ham will have to find a replacement for him as he is 31-years-old, hence, the Hammers definitely need a young and quality number nine to bolster their front three for the upcoming seasons.
West Ham interested in signing Bundesliga star in the next transfer window
Now, according to a report from TeamTalk, West Ham have set their sights on signing in-form Bundesliga star Omar Marmoush from Eintracht Frankfurt. The 25-year-old versatile forward possesses blistering pace, and can play as a centre forward and a left singer as well allowing West Ham to get more tactical flexibility. Moreover, Marmoush scored seventeen goals and provided six assists for Frankfurt last season and has been attracting transfer interest from West Ham, Arsenal and Liverpool.
The Egypt international has started this season on a high note as well, scoring three goals and providing three assists in the first four games for Frankfurt. Therefore, it remains to be seen whether West Ham will decide to sign him next season if he continues his brilliant form for the Bundesliga side this season as well.
