Saudi Arabian clubs playing the Saudi Pro League are regulated by the Saudi Arabian Football Federation who have been affiliated to FIFA since 1974.

The truth is, since 1974, Saudi Arabian FA has been affiliated by FIFA and if FIFA sanctions a player, that are followed by the Saudi Pro League as well. Thus, any Saudi club will raise eyebrows if they are offered Paqueta.
