Cons

1. His attitude

One of the big downsides with Rabiot has been his attitude throughout his career. When not getting enough chances at Paris Saint-Germain, the midfielder complained to his agent, who is his mother itself to leave the French Capital and join Juventus for free.

And one of the reasons why he is running down his contract may be his worries on less game time with the recent arrival of Aston Villa's Douglas Luiz at Juventus. If the 29-year-old won't get his starting spot after some unconvincing performances, and shows a non positive behaviour, that may affect West Ham's performances on the pitch.

2. Premier League's pace

While it is without a doubt, Rabiot will fit in with his physicality in the Premier League, there's an other concern.

The Premier League is fast paced and Rabiot throughout his career has played in more elegant leagues like Ligue 1 and Serie A, where the midfielder's control the pace of the game and sometimes slow down the game a lot in search of a goal. On the other hand, the Premier League is an end to end action, an Rabiot will need to work on his pace a lot if he is to succeed in the Premier League.
