Cris Italia
Cris Italia is an award-winning American journalist known for his work in sports, news, and health reporting. He began his writing career focusing on investigative journalism, covering significant and impactful topics that led to notable changes worldwide. Cris has contributed to newspapers and magazines such as Newsday, NY Daily News, Long Island Herald, Spin, Gear, Stun, Spectrum and NPR among others. Cris has also contributed to Fansided's MLS Multiplex, Skyscraper Blues, as well as GSH. Cris is a member of the NY Hammers and has been featured on the West Ham United website and acknowledged as one of the team's biggest fans. His connections to the team allow him to break through some of the walls and get the truth about day-to-day operations. Although he's semi-retired from full-time journalism, he still finds time to write and report about the team he loves for the best fans in the world.

Taking matters into their own hands, they launched Arrowhead Addict, a move that would spawn the creation of FanSided in 2009, a network of over 300+ fan-powered unique sports, entertainment and lifestyle sites dedicated to team-specific, sport-specific, genre-specific, and fanbase-specific coverage.
