Please keep your eyes locked on this thread until West Ham closes out their deadline day around 11 pm UK time, as we will be updating this thread as it happens.

So far, it’s been a wild deadline day for West Ham United. Starting right out the gate, David Moyes got his midfield depth with the signing of Nikola Vlasic from CSKA Moskow. The 23-year-old Croatian signed for an undisclosed fee, but what the perfect signing he is. Fast, attacking, and very active with or without the ball.

Loan Deals Update

Following their permanent signing of Vlasic, West Ham is looking at bringing in a few loanees on deadline day. Players like Ross Barkley and even Divock Origi have been rumored in this slot. Nothing has been confirmed yet, but more to come. Neither of these rumors ever panned out unfortunately.

Coventry season-long loan

After a massive preseason, it was hoped the Conor Coventry would be staying around East London. However, it appears West Ham has different thoughts on him as the Academy star. It looks like he will be heading to Peterborough United on a season-long loan. Deal is still very much on, and has been confirmed by the club

Kral to West Ham back on?

One of the more intriguing rumors to surface today is that Alex Kral might actually be coming to West Ham. Another Czech-mate could become a Hammer, as the club is pursuing both permanent and loan moves. Move getting closer, potential loan-to-buy in the works especially with Coventry moving out on loan. Move now confirmed as a loan with obligation to buy.

Diop out on a loan move update

Right now, nothing had officially broken, but apparently, the club is considering a loan move to send Issa Diop out for the rest of the season. After the signing of Kurt Zouma, it makes sense. More to come on this for sure. Diop is still a Hammer, and thank goodness!

Could Randolph be loaned out?

The veteran West Ham keeper has been rumored to be allowed to leave on loan. However, as far as well can tell, no team has reportedly come in to pick him up. With the addition of Areola, it makes sense. Move to come for sure. It appears that he is staying with the club for now.

UPDATE: Lingard to stay in Manchester?

It appears that Jesse Lingard might be staying in Manchester after all. Nothing has been officially set in stone; Fabrizio Romano posted on his twitch that the once “loved loanee” would be staying put.

Getting another forward?

The West Ham world has been patiently waiting for a Michail Antonio backup, and they might need to wait some more. However, rumors are circulating that Jonathan Bamba could be linked to moving to East London! As the clock stuck midnight, so to speak, West Ham are still only with one striker on the depth chart!

Any updates to this post will be typed out in bold lettering, so keep following along throughout the day, as things will surely continue to stay busy surrounding West Ham. And that’s it folks, the clock has struck 11pm UK time, and deadline day is official over! Thank you for sticking with us, enjoy the international break, and COME ON YOU IRONS!
