Predicted Line ups

West Ham:  4-2-3-1

Fabianski, Coufal, Dawson, Diop, Cresswell, Rice (C), Soucek, Fornals, Benrahma, Bowen and Antonio.

It is expected, bar any late injuries, that West Ham will keep their winning team and winning formation because if something isn’t broken then you have no need to fix it. The only change that seems likely is Jarrod Bowen coming back into the XI after a two-week absence for Lingard.

Manchester United: 4-2-3-1

De Gea, Wan-Bissaka, Lindelof, Maguire, Shaw, Fred, McTominay, Fernandes, Diallo, James and Greenwood.

Ole Gunnar Solskjær will be very short on attacking numbers given their huge injury list and could be forced into a very unfamiliar line up. David De Gea is likely to come in for Dean Henderson to give the Englishman a rest and the Manchester United boss could be forced into playing a very inexperienced front three.

With United having such light numbers up top, it could see Amad Diallo get handed his full Manchester United debut after the 19-year-old scored in their 1-1 draw in Milan.

Match Prediction: 1-2 West Ham

It’s a game that many would expect United to win but given West Ham’s form and the Red Devils’ injury issues, there is a massive chance for the Hammers to get their first win at Old Trafford in 14 years.

West Ham made it very hard for Solskjær’s men during their FA cup tie and you can count on the Hammers doing the same this time around. The odds will be in West Ham’s favour as they could be facing a very weakened side and I think they will come out on top.

Next. Hammers should look to take advantage of Man Utd. dark

It will still be a hard game but I think we will come out 2-1 winners with Michail Antonio and Said Benrahma getting our goals and with Bruno Fernandes scoring United’s goal, which will probably be a penalty!
