The Board avoid relegation but not criticism
West Ham supporters are nothing If not patient. That patience has worn through in regards to the board and their steering of the club, and no hiatus or pandemic will interrupt the hate supporters have for David Sullivan, David Gold, and Karren Brady.
The protests that were peaceful yet impactful prior to the league shutdown were gaining momentum at a grassroots level as well as in the media. This should be warning enough that they either need to put up and shut up when it comes to running and financing the team, or move on. The latter being the most popular resolution.
They can, however, prove to have grown up in this absence of football by supporting Moyes to be the man to take the next step towards Premier League stability this summer. Open the wallet, allow Moyes to make the team his own, and keep their paws out of team business and the press.
