As West Ham takes on Arsenal in yet another London derby, it is tough to predict what could be a tough match to watch. However, we will give it a go.
West Ham gets to be on the pedestal as the last team to win in this matchup but today, anything goes. Both sides are dreadful and need a win just as much as the other guy making today completely unpredictable but as previously stated, we will try.

West Ham 0-0 Arsenal
What would a London derby be without some fun nil to nil action? Maybe fun isn’t the word I would use but possibly the way it’ll all go down tonight. With all the focus being around potential managerial changes and the relegation zone, I think this match will be overly tight.
Both sides have been struggling and need a victory but it won’t come. As stress will intensify thought out the match this could turn into a very emotional match with all sorts of cards being flung around because after all, Mike Dean loves to put on a good showing.

West Ham 2-1 Arsenal
In a tough, hard-fought match, The Hammers will somehow come away with all 3 points and save Manuel Pellegrini’s job for the time being. Antonio returns to the XI and bangs in both goals for the Hammers, who cling on for a tight Premier League victory.

West Ham 0-1 Arsenal
The potential straw that broke the camel’s back – West Ham losing at home to Arsenal who has been just as bad as the Hammers in their past 10 matches. Coming off of an embarrassing loss to Brighton, Arsenal is going to be fired up to make a statement regardless of who their manager is. I don’t see the Hammers weathering the early storm through their pacey forwards and whether it be by counter-attack or set-piece.
The bigger issue for the club right now is scoring goals and with Michail Antonio a doubt, I don’t see Haller getting the support he needs to fire West Ham through for a win. I’m never cheering against West Ham but a loss could be the kick needed to replace Pellegrini and get this team moving forward.

West Ham 0-2 Arsenal
It’s another London Derby for West Ham United vs Arsenal. The Gooner’s haven’t won in their last 10, the Hammers have 1 win in 9. Something’s got to give! And because I am a WHU follower, I already know what that is. I’ve seen this movie too many times.
No side in the Premier League can aid in an opponent’s miraculous turnaround like West Ham can. Plus Arsenal has already made a managerial switch. Unai Emery was hired at the same time as Manuel Pellegrini. You could make the case that Arsenal is actually the most dysfunctional club in London. Let that sink in.

Those two combined have 15 goals—the Hammers have scored a total of 17. While David Martin has been better in-goal than Roberto, the bar is very low. As long as the club doesn’t have Fabianski in net, they still haven’t figured out how to defend on set pieces, have no regular goal-scoring threat of their own, and continue to employ a Manager that won’t try any new formations or tactics then the results will remain the same.

West Ham 1-2 Arsenal
Who knows which West Ham is going to turn up here, and it’s a shame we’re not in any kind of form as our next match couldn’t be against a worse Arsenal side. They are down and struggling to win despite rich attacking options, and they are extremely ragged defensively.
If we can turn up in any positive capacity then we’ll have a chance, but if Pellegrini has already started planning for life after West Ham then we’re going to be in for a long night.

West Ham 1-1 Arsenal
Arsenal hasn’t won in 10 games in all competitions, and while that would generally be positive to look upon for the opposition, it is something that all West Ham fans will take with a pinch of salt.
We’ve handed wins to both Everton and Newcastle this season when things were looking bleak for them, so it wouldn’t be a surprise if we did the same for the Gunners.
I think what will save us from a defeat though is the return of Antonio. He provides us with so much enthusiasm, determination and outright unpredictability, which is something we otherwise lack throughout the team. He singlehandedly transforms our attack and makes us look like a side who is able to compete.
So I’m opting for a draw, which would probably keep Pellegrini his job for another week, while not really doing much for us in terms of getting our season back on track.
As a collective we picked 1 win, 2 draws, and 3 loses. The confidence level is low but anything can happen in a London derby and yet still both sides of the house look unsure of what’s to come today. Until then, COME ON YOU IRONS!
