After a bad string of matches for West Ham complexes might be forming. Sometimes unrest and argumentative reactions to issues are a good thing or aren’t they?
It has been rumored by highly touted West Ham ITK ExWHUemployee that there was a “heated conversation” between the players and Manuel Pellegrini after the nightmarish match between the Hammers and Magpies last Saturday.
As the title suggests, unrest in the locker room can a good thing and bad thing, it simply depends on the players and where they go from here. The conversation makes sense as the Hammers have been poor as of late and that is the first real sign of change we have seen surrounding the club.
The fact that there was even a conversation means that there is at least some care in the hearts of the players. If they didn’t care, then this might not have happened. It’s unreported as to which players were involved in this argument, but at least it’s a change of narrative on the whole idea of players not caring.
There was a heated conversation between Manuel Pellegrini and the players after the Newcastle game, in order to get to the bottom of as to what is currently going wrong on the pitch.

As Twitter blew up over this news, the reactions were pretty mixed as far as responses went, just like the reactions from this altercation can go. There are always two sides to every outcome and this case is no different.
If the players and coaches really do care and want to improve from these poor matches and this altercation, things will improve on the training ground and this weekend when the Hammers travel to Burnley.

If neither player or coach doesn’t care or becomes selfish in passing the blame, things will only get worse from here. If the Hammers players continue to play how they want and keep thinking they are bigger than the game, this rift will only grow bigger. If Pellegrini cannot change his mistakes and unite the team, that same rift will implode.
The game of football isn’t always on the players as in the same, it’s not always on the Gaffer but when its things like formation and tactics that can only fall on Pellegrini. All in all, lets just hope that this “talk” got things moving and moving for the good.
