First off going back to the Champions League close out I think we can all agree that we’re all having a party when Tottenham well, you know the rest. Besides that, West Ham will have 6 players in all, that will be dawning on their international caps over this month.
Declan Rice, Fabian Balbuena, Arthur Masuaku, Marko Arnautovic, Lukasz Fabianski, Josh Cullen. It’s not just friendlies either as they will all be playing in cups or qualifiers for Euro 2020. Let’s start with the Euro 2020 qualifiers.

Marko has joined up with has Austrian side and they will be taking on Slovenia and North Macedonia. Fabianski’s side will also take on North Macedonia and Israel. Cullen having an awesome season on loan has been picked up by the Republic of Ireland and they will take on Denmark and Gibraltar.
Each of these matches will be played on the 7th and 10th or June. All three of the West Ham players in qualifiers should be favored except for the Irish matchup against Denmark. That matchup excites me the most out of these because we will get to watch the young Cullen and see how he matches up against the countries best.
Arthur Masuaku got the call for his DR Congo side and they will be playing Egypt, Zimbabwe, and Uganda in the African Cup of Nations. Lookout for that matchup against Egypt on the 26th as it will be in Cairo and should be a solid matchup.
Balbuena is off to his homeland of Paraguay and they will face Argentina, Qatar, and Colombia over the next month in the Copa America Cup. Two of these three matchups will be difficult but if they can secure the points against Qatar, they might have a chance to make it out of the group stage.
Finally, Declan Rice has made the cut for The Three Lions in the Nations League this month. The English squad will face the Dutch on June 6th with the possibility of taking on either Portugal or the Swiss the following week. These matchups will be very pivotal for the Lions as all three matchups look to be very close.
The dog days of summer aren’t officially on us yet so hold fast. Find a nice place to sit and watch our West Ham boys play for their countries will the possibilities of playing even further. Well and I guess if you have to garden, download the right app and listen while you work, like me.
