West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has come under fire in recent weeks. Numerous things are being highlighted, such as poor selection and a weak team mentality.
The West Ham faithful were mostly happy when the Croatian got the top job at the club. He was a proven manager at various levels, and as an Ex-Hammer he understands the mentality of the club as well as what makes it tick.
But this has changed in recent weeks. More and more fans are starting to question the manager, even digging up stats. After this weeks draw against Sunderland, the argument in support of Bilic leaving grew. Twitter was a mess.

The Aftermath
Some fans were willing to give Bilic time, due to other factors. Others simply felt that he had had too long without showing he could change.
I gave Bilic a chance but I feel that he has really shown his true colours recently. The side look afraid when winning, but toothless when behind. The constant selection of players who are not performing is also a poor sign, we have a squad capable of rotation and picking those who are in form. But the Croatian manager has not done that at all recently.
Some now felt they had no choice than to want Bilic out. There are certainly seasons where we’ve had far better results with a much worse team. A main point of worry was the negative play once the side were ahead, especially to a team that is struggling to stay in the division.
Whilst some put their point across well, others seemed incapable of doing so…
But He Still Has Supporters…
Like any decision surrounding football, there are people on both sides. Bilic certainly has some fans left supporting him, mostly because of what he managed in his first year.
Next: West Ham need a new keeper
Granted that’s not the biggest vote of confidence, but hearing the entire away section singing your name can’t be bad at all…
In Summary
It seems that it will all be a bit of a song and dance though…
Whatever the board decides to do, they must do it quickly. The indecision surrounding the club is causing and and players to get nervous, and that cannot happen when the club is still in relegation danger.
