West Ham are reportedly willing to offer Manchester City 15 million pounds for Joe Hart and meet his wage demands of 100k a week.
Having had enough of the carousel of sub par goalkeepers Slaven Bilic thinks that the England international and formed City favorite could be the answer.
The former Manchester City player is committed to Torino for the rest of this season but will not extend beyond that. Though the player is well liked in Turin and seems to be enjoying his time in Italy the finances required by Joe Hart are unfeasible to the Italian club in the long run.

If West Ham can sign Joe hart that would be a great move for the team. 15 million pounds is a little bit steep for a player that Manchester City are obviously out of favor with. Having loaned out Joe Hart already and needing a club to meet his contract obligations City are not in the best negotiating position and should see if they can get Hart for less.
Could It Happen?
There are only so many clubs in the world that can afford a player like Hart’s wage packet and West Ham are one of them. City will have to listen to the offer that the board make. Ultimately it would not be criminal to pay up to 15 million for the player but they should be able to do it at about 10.
If Arsenal can buy a top 10 goalkeeper of all time in Petr Cech for 10 million pounds then the club need to take this seriously. Joe Hart isn’t as good as Cech but he’s at least better than Adrian and Darren Randolph.
Next: Should West Ham sign Hernandez?
A team needs a good keeper between the sticks for the sake of solidarity and Joe Hart would be an excellent choice. West Ham need to make it clear however that they are doing City a favor and paying a fair amount is the right way to go about that. City no longer want Hart on the books and getting a good fee for him is the best they can hope for. 10 million plus Hart’s wages is more than enough and City should recognize that.
