What Bilic will be after: Win. No excuses.

After a run like West Ham have coming up to Christmas, this is a must win game. If we can pick up anything respectable in the previous run a win here would solidify it as a truly decent run despite the potential for doom it held.

Burnley are not a potent attacking side. They’ve beaten some top sides so far because of their keeper and their solid defence. If we can get ahead then we should have the winning of the game fairly easily. But this is a West Ham side that are yet to see a striker contribute a goal or assist so far this season.

We must be careful to not to let up any intensity we build in the tough run. Burnley will not let us have the points, but they are there for us to win. We will have to exploit the space and make sure we finish our chances. Anything less than three points here must be seen as a failure.
