Cullen impressed in preseason against Juventus, in what would have been the first time many fans saw him play. He scored midweek for Bradford but could not repeat the feat against fellow West Ham loanee Lewis Page.
Cullen’s Bradofrd side were 1-0 down to Coventry until a 67th minute red card and penalty double hit switched the game completely, with Bradford going on strongly to win the game 3-1.
Cullen has impressed at the Bantams, being named man of the match last week. Reece Burke was on loan at Bradford last year, winning Player of the Year. Cullen has a lot to live up to if he wants to match Burke’s impact.
That is not to say he can’t do it. He has huge amounts of talent, and could well come through into the team as Noble ages. One West Ham product replacing a Hammers legend?
